• Experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and/or macOS environments.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
• Familiar with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Experience with ITSM tools and ITIL processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer-focused mindset.

Aufgaben

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS endpoints and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, apps, and OS updates.
• Manage user accounts with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365.
