Unspecified Swiss Zürich role seeks a hands-on IT Infrastructure engineer to manage end-user infrastructure and cloud services. The candidate will handle Entra/AzureAD, Intune and Windows workstations, enabling smooth L1-L2 IT operations and supporting SharePoint/OneDrive and Exchange Online.

5+ years of experience, strong PowerShell skills, and DevOps/ IaC mindset are required; knowledge of Terraform or Ansible is a plus. German is advantageous, Swiss/EU passports preferred.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in end-user infrastructure operations.
• Lamiliarity with Windows-based workstations troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Experience with AzureAD and Intune is required.
• Automation experience with PowerShell is essential.
• DevOps practices (IaC, CI/CD, git) are advantageous.
• Experience with Terraform or Ansible is a plus.
• Azure/Office365 projects completed are advantageous.
• Strong teamwork and proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Good command of English; German is a plus.

• Responsible for expansion and development of Microsoft Azure Cloud and Office365.
• Engage in infrastructure incident response and resolution.
• Design cloud and endpoint solutions to meet business needs.
• Solve complex IT problems as a key member of the technical support team.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering or equivalent degree.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in end-user infrastructure operations.
• Deep experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of Windows based workstations.
• Previous experience with Endpoint Manager (Intune) and AzureAD is a must.
• Solid experience in automation with PowerShell.
• Practical knowledge in infrastructure management relying on DevOps practices (IaaC, CICD, git) will be an advantage.
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools like Terraform or Ansible would be an advantage.
• Previously completed Azure/Office365 projects will be an advantage.
• Strong team spirit and a proactive, independent, solution-oriented, and practical approach to work.
• Service oriented mindset with an assertive, flexible, and quality-conscious personality.
• Very goodEnglish(C1-C2). German will be an advantage.

Strong preference for Swiss or EU/EFTA passport/work permit holders.
