For our client, we are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician, immediately operational, autonomous, and with solid experience in IT support within a demanding environment in Zurich.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users and resolve IT incidents.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations and peripherals.
• Provide support for Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and business applications.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and authentication issues.
• Document interventions in the ticketing system and elevate complex incidents to L2/L3 teams.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT procedures and standards.

Profile

• Experienced IT professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in L1 IT support.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft / Windows / Microsoft 365 environments.
• Proven experience in a demanding or critical professional environment.
• Strong autonomy, accuracy, service orientation, and excellent troubleshooting skills.
• IT certifications, ideally Microsoft, are an advantage.
• No management responsibilities required.
