Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a motivated GCB Tendering Manager to drive tailored service solutions for high‑voltage GCB products and lead commercial quotations and sales pipeline.

In this role you will collaborate with engineering, supply chain, field service and channel partners, ensuring value-driven offers and seamless project handovers while maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication and negotiation.

Qualifikationen

• Technical or business education (apprenticeship, FH/TH, diploma).
• Experience with GCB products and digital sales platforms is an advantage.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies, account management, CRM systems (Salesforce), and analytics.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; German and other languages are a plus.
• Team oriented, structured, and customer focused mindset.

Aufgaben

• Drive growth of the GCB maintenance and service business by developing tailored service solutions that meet customer needs and maximize long-term asset performance.
• Build strong customer relationships, proactively identifying maintenance opportunities and promoting value-added service offerings.
• Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on commercial quotations, ensuring competitive, accurate, and profitable offers.
• Own and manage the sales pipeline for the assigned markets, maintaining forecast accuracy and driving opportunity progression.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, field service, troubleshooting teams, and local business units to deliver high-quality customer solutions.
• Support service sales teams, local sales units, and channel partners through product training and guidance.
• Act as the primary contact for customers, resolving commercial and operational issues promptly.
• Leverage Salesforce, SAP, SOMA, and PowerShop to optimize sales processes and monitor performance.
