Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant subject.
• Experience in bid management, sales support, or project management.
• Fluency in English and German; other languages a plus.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration in multicultural environments.
• Willingness to travel approx. 15% of time.

Responsibilities

• Understand and empathize with Customer requirements during the acquisition phase.
• Shape innovative sales strategies, selecting winning solutions both commercially and technically.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders internationally to ensure timely tender documents.
• Prepare comprehensive, timely, and technically sound commercial offers.
• Integrate supplier offers with risk assessment and tender completeness.
• Provide bid presentation and technical support during customer meetings.
• Transition negotiated projects to project execution and engineering departments.
