Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Senior Technical Tendering Specialist to lead the technical bid preparation for strategic opportunities in Renewables and Offshore AC markets. You will act as the technical authority, coordinating with global teams, managing risks, and delivering compliant, competitive proposals.

Your role involves defining scope, evaluating supplier quotations, and mentoring junior tendering professionals while advancing winning bid strategies across multiple locations.

Competenze

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, preferably with power systems focus.
Minimum 5 years in project execution, engineering, or comparable technical role in substation automation, protection, and control systems.
Experience in bid management, proposal engineering, tendering, or sales support is preferred.

Mansioni

Lead technical tendering activities for large-scale, high-value opportunities in Renewables and Offshore AC market.
Prepare competitive, technically optimized system proposals including design, cost estimation, and supplier evaluations.
Define scope, identify risks, and support winning bid strategies; drive internal reviews and approvals.
