Qualifications

Experience leading tenders for export projects in substation automation, control or protection is preferred.
Strong understanding of commercial aspects of tenders, including legal, tax and export controls.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across international projects and teams.

Responsibilities

Lead large and complex tenders to completion in Substation Automation, Control and Protection within Hub Europe.
Coordinate with sales, technical tendering, legal, supply chain and finance to evaluate costs and risks.
Prepare tender documentation and cost calculations with cash flows and financial consolidations.
Support contract negotiations by challenging tender information and proposing optimal terms.
Collaborate with Technical Bid Managers on all technical matters and ensure timely delivery.
Drive continuous improvement and share lessons learned to raise efficiency and quality.
Provide regular feedback and productivity insights to Management.
