Hitachi Energy is seeking a highly motivated GCB Tendering Manager to join our team. You will drive customer success and maintenance business growth by delivering tailored service solutions for high-voltage GCB products, acting as the main customer interface.

You will own the sales pipeline, prepare and follow up on quotations, and collaborate with engineering, supply chain, field service, and partners to optimize processes using tools like Salesforce and SAP.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in GCB sales or tendering within energy sectors.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and analytics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English; German a plus.

Aufgaben

• Drive growth of the GCB maintenance and service business with tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, proactively identifying maintenance opportunities.
• Prepare, coordinate, and follow up on commercial quotations to convert into orders.
• Own and manage the sales pipeline and maintain forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, field service and partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
