Computershare, a global leader in transfer agency and share registration, invites you to join as a Plan Specialist in Zurich. Based in the Zurich office for at least three days a week, with partial home‑working, you will manage compensation plans and ensure service excellence for our global clients.

You bring experience in banking back‑office, a Federal VET in banking or insurance, and strong MS Office skills. Fluent English is essential, German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in banking mid/back-office or similar financial institution roles.
• German language skills are advantageous.
• Proactive and team oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Aufgaben

• Handle reporting, participant requests and communications.
• Administer equity and deferred compensation plans using EquatePlus.
• Ensure compliance and risk standards across operations.
• Analyze client plans and tailor solutions with stakeholders.
• Support initiatives and projects from management.
• Identify irregularities and escalate promptly.
• Collaborate during audits (internal/external).
• Follow ethical standards and safety regulations.
• Protect company information and maintain confidentiality.
