Zusammenfassung

Citi in Zurich is seeking an HR Administrator to be the first point of contact for new hires and manage payroll-related documents, including coordination with offshore teams.

You will handle HR records in Workday, support health and leave administration, and assist in HR projects, reporting, and compliance for Swiss operations in Zurich and Geneva.

This role requires fluent English and German, with French a plus, and offers a hybrid work model and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Commercial apprenticeship (KV) and high school diploma.
• 2-3 years’ work experience in HR in an international environment.
• Strong MS Office and familiarity with Workday/SNOW.
• Fluent in English and German; French would be an asset.

• Coordinate administration of health, leave and payroll data.
• Maintain HR records in Workday and generate reports.
• Support HR projects and process improvements.
