Qualifikationen

• 6+ years' experience in global equity compensation, international employment tax, or reward in a professional services firm.
• Strong knowledge of global equity taxation and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Hands-on scripting/analytics experience to automate processes and generate insights.

Aufgaben

• Provide support and guidance to clients for equity and incentive payroll calculations using global platforms.
• Identify automation opportunities in equity compensation and employment tax workflows.
• Lead client implementations of global platforms coordinating HR, payroll, and finance integrations.
• Design communications and reporting materials for diverse populations and jurisdictions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development activities.
