Aufgaben

• Provide operational support to help customers meet EM objectives, including equipment deliveries and technical advice.
• Support the delivery of training and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Support the completion of contractual obligations, such as SLAs, KPIs, and regular performance reports.
• Participate in regular account management meetings, capturing customer feedback and driving improvements.
• Contribute to wider business development activities including supporting new customer implementations.
