Job summary

Plenitude On the Road S.R.L. seeks a Back-Office Specialist (E-Mobility) to support its Swiss operations from Switzerland with remote capability and one day per week in Stabio.

The role requires Italian or German at native/C2 level, plus fluency in French and English, and a permanent Swiss-based work authorization. You will oversee administrative, accounting and compliance tasks, manage invoices and payments, and work closely with finance, operations and external partners to ensure accurate

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in business-related field.
• Relevant experience in administration, accounting or back-office functions.
• Experience in a Swiss corporate environment.
• Knowledge of Swiss fiscal, tax and administrative requirements.
• Experience liaising with auditors, accountants and tax advisers.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day back-office support for the Swiss business.
• Handle supplier invoices, payments and record-keeping.
• Ensure compliance with Swiss VAT and regulatory requirements.
• Manage SAP data, vendor records and master data.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting processes.
