Job summary

SIG is seeking a Senior Manager Global Business Development to identify and evaluate global growth opportunities and shape cross-regional initiatives. You will lead commercial excellence programs and strategic projects that drive expansion and strengthen organizational capabilities across markets.

The role offers international exposure, collaboration with regional teams, and the opportunity to influence SIG's growth trajectory from our Swiss or German bases.

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc/MBA with global management consultancy experience.
• 5+ years international leadership experience preferred.
• Strong analytics and data interpretation.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities in new or adjacent markets; assess attractiveness and entry options.
• Lead SIG’s yearly planning process with regional and global teams.
• Drive global commercial initiatives and share best practices.
• Handle special projects as directed by CMO/CEO.
• Provide coaching and leadership to teams.
