Job summary

MSC Cruises is seeking an HR Intern to support our Corporate HR Team in Geneva, Switzerland. You will help deliver high-quality administrative services, assist in HR projects, and contribute to the accuracy of HR operations.

You will monitor attendance, support onboarding, and participate in process improvements to enhance the employee experience while collaborating with HR colleagues to ensure reliable service to employees and managers.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or HR Management.
• HR internship or prior HR experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English; French proficiency is an asset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Be the HR engine behind the scenes: handle contracts, work permits, and employee records with precision.
• Monitor attendance and provide clear, insightful reports to support decision-making.
• Support onboarding and induction sessions to welcome new hires and set them up for success.
• Participate in HR improvement projects to simplify processes and improve the employee experience.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to deliver smooth, reliable service to employees and managers.
