Job summary

You will coordinate the monthly activity report to the Board, manage the public email inbox, and assist content creation across web articles, newsletters, and social media.

You will gather updates, track metrics, monitor media coverage, and help develop press materials, brand assets, and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly updates, data, and key metrics into reports for the MSC Foundation Board.
• Ensure timely submissions aligned with governance and strategic priorities.
• Manage the Foundation general inbox, dispatch inquiries, and draft responses with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with the drafting of web articles, newsletters, internal communications, email marketing campaigns, and social media content.
• Monitor media coverage and support PR reports, journalist outreach, and press material creation.
• Maintain press kit materials and media assets, ensuring brand consistency across touchpoints.
