Adnovum is seeking an HR Operations Generalist in Zürich to manage day-to-day HR activities from onboarding to offboarding. You will be the first point of contact for HR matters, handle employee relations, apply Swiss law, and maintain accurate data in SAP.

You will collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and other People functions, supporting managers and employees across Swiss employment topics while benefiting from a flexible, hybrid work model.

Formación

• Several years of experience in HR operations/administration or a comparable HR Generalist role in Switzerland.
• Practical knowledge of Swiss employment law and social insurance.
• Experience handling employee relations cases and meetings with employees and managers.
• HR qualification (Swiss HR-Fachausweis) is an advantage.
• Strong service orientation, communication, and discretion with confidential information.
• Structured, hands-on, independent working style with ownership and attention to detail.
• Experience with HR systems (SAP or SuccessFactors) and good MS Office skills.
• Very good German and English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage operational and administrative activities across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Support employees and managers as a first point of contact for People processes and policies.
• Handle employee relations cases and conduct meetings with employees and managers.
• Apply Swiss employment law and social insurance knowledge to day-to-day matters.
• Maintain employee data in SAP and ensure high data quality.
• Support HR system questions from employees and managers.
• Maintain People policies, guidelines and internal documentation.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition and other People functions for a seamless experience.
• Assist Talent Acquisition with hiring activities and candidate experience.
