Zusammenfassung

Michael Page International is seeking an experienced HR Generalist/Operations professional to support employees and managers in a multi-country European environment. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR administration for a diverse set of entities from our Geneva area location.

The role requires fluent English and a proactive, service-oriented mindset, with strong stakeholder management and autonomous work in an international setting.

Qualifikationen

• 3 to 7 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role.
• Exposure to a multi-country European environment.
• Strong understanding of HR administration, employee relations and payroll coordination.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an asset.

Job Description

• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal HR policies
• Administer benefits, leave management, and employee data within HR systems
• Support recruitment activities, onboarding programs, and talent initiatives
• Contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and HR reporting
• Partner with stakeholders across multiple European entities to deliver a consistent and efficient HR service

The Successful Applicant

• 3 to 7 years of experience in a broad HR Generalist or HR Operations role
• Previous exposure to a multi-country European environment
• Good understanding of HR administration, employee relations, and payroll coordination
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proactive, service-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
• Comfortable working autonomously within an international organization
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English required; additional European languages are an asset
