Job summary

INUIKII AG in Zürich is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle in a fast-growing fashion brand. You will recruit, onboard, develop and offboard, and act as the first point of contact for employees and managers.

You will also oversee payroll changes with our external provider, ensure social insurances compliance, draft contracts and regulate HR policies, while supporting a hands-on, discreet, and collaborative culture in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Completed HR qualification (e.g. Swiss Federal Diploma in HR) or equivalent.
• Several years of experience as an HR Generalist, ideally in SME or scale-up.
• Solid knowledge of Swiss employment and social insurance law.
• Experience working with external payroll providers is an advantage.
