Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced HR Generalist in the Geneva area to manage day-to-day HR administration and recruitment coordination. You will support onboarding, respond to employee queries, and maintain accurate HR records in a fast-paced, international environment.

The role requires a Swiss HR Certificate, strong knowledge of Swiss labor law, and fluent French. You will interact with managers and employees, contributing to diverse HR activities and ensuring compliant people processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Swiss HR Certificate is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law.
• Fluent French is required.
