Swarovski Crystal is seeking an hands-on HR Generalist to act as a trusted advisor to local managers and employees, ensuring Swiss labor law compliance and smooth HR operations in a diverse, international environment.

You will support performance processes, onboarding/offboarding, and partner with payroll while driving HR improvements. On-site presence is required at least three days per week, with a dynamic, supportive HR team across Switzerland.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field (FH, University, or equivalent).
• Several years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist in an international environment.
• Deep knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR best practices.

• Support annual people processes: performance reviews, goal setting, merit cycle.
• Assist organizational development and change initiatives with HR consulting and data-driven insights.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding activities, including performance improvement and separations.
• Interface with external payroll partner and continually improve HR processes and offerings.

About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Acting as a trusted advisor to local line managers and employees on all HR-related topics by providing effective HR solutions in compliance with Swiss labor law and internal policies.
• Advising and supporting annual people processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, and the annual merit review cycle.
• Supporting teams and line managers in organizational development and change initiatives by providing HR consulting, data-driven insights, communication support, and guidance on contractual frameworks.
• Managing onboarding and offboarding activities, including performance improvement and employee separation processes.
• Serving as the key interface to our external payroll partner.
• Further developing and continuously improving HR processes, policies, and employee offerings.

About you

We are looking for a hands-on HR Generalist who brings:

• A completed degree or professional qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (FH, University, or equivalent).
• Several years of relevant experience in a generalist HR role within an international environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss labor law and HR best practices, with experience managing complex employee relations matters.
• Proficiency in Workday or a comparable HRIS.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
• The ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Availability to work on-site at least three days per week, ideally four to build strong connections with employees and managers and maintain a visible, approachable HR presence.
• A structured and proactive way of working, combined with a high degree of accountability and ownership.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
