Michael Page Switzerland in Geneva is seeking a Fund Operations & Administration Associate to support the management of a range of investment funds within a sophisticated family office.

You will work under the Head of Fund Operations, handling fund administration, investor servicing, and service-provider oversight, while gaining exposure across the investment lifecycle in an entrepreneurial, collaborative team.

Formación

• 3–8 years of experience in fund administration or related fields.
• Experience in asset managers, fund admins, private banks or hedge funds.
• Exposure to investment funds and alternative investments.
• Fluent English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day operations and admin of investment funds.
• Liaise with external fund administrators, custodians, auditors, and advisers.
• Review NAV packages and reconciliations prepared by third parties.
• Coordinate investor onboarding: subscriptions, redemptions, transfers.
• Maintain investor records and oversee fund documentation.
• Assist with fund launches, restructurings, and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor cash movements, trade settlements, and workflows.
• Support periodic reporting for management, investors, and service providers.
• Participate in projects to improve processes and controls.
• Serve as a key contact for operational matters in Geneva office.
