Job summary

Pictet Group is seeking a senior advisor in Geneva to join the Hedge Funds Customised Solutions team. Based in our Geneva office, you will advise institutional and private clients on multi-manager hedge fund portfolios and tailored investment solutions, translating complex topics into clear recommendations.

You will collaborate with investment teams, manage client relationships, prepare high-quality materials and proposals, and help develop bespoke mandates while ensuring governance and risk

Qualifications

• Five years of investment experience, preferably in hedge fund investing or advisory.
• Strong knowledge of hedge fund strategies, liquidity and risk.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise institutional and private clients on hedge fund allocations and customised solutions.
• Translate complex investment topics into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Manage client relationships, participate in meetings and reviews.
• Collaborate with hedge fund research and portfolio management teams.
• Prepare high-quality client materials, proposals and due diligence responses.
• Contribute to designing bespoke hedge fund mandates and governance considerations.
• Support business development and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor market developments and communicate insights to clients and colleagues.
