Job summary

Finders SA is seeking an experienced fund operations leader to own a broad Swiss and Luxembourg fund remit, driving governance, data quality and operational excellence. Qualifications

• 7+ years in Fund Operations, Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss and Luxembourg fund regulations (UCITS, CSSF, FINMA, CISA).
• Experience with NAV production and external fund administrators.
• Experience managing relationships with outsourced fund administrators and governance; NAV oversight.
• Solid understanding of fund reporting, cost transparency, and valuation oversight.
• Advanced Excel and data skills; familiarity with databases and structured data.
• Knowledge of Python/SQL or automation tools is a plus.
• Proven ability to improve operations through automation and process improvements.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fund operations professional to take ownership of a broad remit spanning the full Swiss and Luxembourg fund range, while driving operational excellence, governance and automation initiatives.The position combines team leadership with hands‑on responsibility for fund operations, NAV oversight, fund reporting, data governance and cost transparency. As a member of the Valuation Committee, the successful candidate will also contribute to key valuation and governance decisions. Profile:

• 7+ years of experience within Fund Operations, Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, Fund Controlling or Fund Audit.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss and Luxembourg fund regulations, including UCITS, CSSF, FINMA and CISA frameworks.
• Experience overseeing NAV production and working closely with external fund administrators.
• Experience managing relationships with outsourced fund administration providers, including NAV oversight and service provider governance; exposure to CACEIS is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of fund reporting, cost transparency, valuation oversight and operational controls.
• Strong data and analytical skills, including advanced Excel and exposure to databases and structured data environments.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL or other automation/scripting tools would be highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to improve operational efficiency through automation and process enhancement initiatives.
• Hands‑on, pragmatic approach with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across multiple functions.
• High levels of integrity, accountability and attention to detail.
• Previous leadership or team management experience is desirable.
• Fluent English required; German and/or French would be considered a strong advantage.
• Available to work full‑time (no home office).
• Eligible or already in possession of a Swiss passport or Swiss work permit and happy to be based in the Basel region (cross‑border workers considered).
