Job summary

Michael Page (Switzerland) is supporting the search for a Fund Operations & Administration Associate based in Geneva. You will work closely with the Head of Fund Operations to manage the operational aspects of a range of investment funds and vehicles within an international family office environment.

The role offers exposure across fund operations, investor servicing, service provider oversight and fund structuring activities.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in fund administration or related roles.
• Experience with NAV processes and investor servicing is advantageous.
• Experience in asset managers, fund administrators or family offices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations and administration of investment funds and vehicles.
• Liaise with external fund administrators, custodians, auditors, and legal advisers.
• Review NAV packages and reconciliations prepared by third parties.
• Coordinate investor onboarding activities including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers.
• Maintain investor records and oversee fund documentation.
• Assist with fund launches, restructurings and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor cash movements and trade settlements; support reporting.

Fund Operations & Administration Associate

Working closely with the Head of Fund Operations, you will play a central role in supporting the operational management of a range of investment funds and vehicles within a sophisticated international family office environment.

This position offers broad exposure across fund operations, investor servicing, service provider oversight, and fund structuring activities. It is an excellent opportunity for an operations professional looking to take ownership, gain visibility across the investment lifecycle, and work within an entrepreneurial and collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations and administration of investment funds and related investment vehicles.
• Act as a key liaison with external fund administrators, custodians, auditors, legal advisers, and other service providers.
• Review NAV packages and reconciliations prepared by third-party administrators.
• Coordinate investor onboarding activities, including subscriptions, redemptions and transfers.
• Maintain investor records and oversee fund documentation.
• Assist with fund launches, restructurings and other strategic initiatives.
• Monitor cash movements, trade settlements and operational workflows.
• Support periodic reporting requirements for management, investors and service providers.
• Participate in projects designed to improve processes, controls and operational efficiency.
• Serve as a key point of contact for operational matters within the Geneva office.

The Successful Applicant

• 3-8 years of experience in fund administration, fund operations, middle office, investment operations, fund accounting or a related environment.
• Experience gained within an asset manager, fund administrator, private bank, hedge fund, family office or similar financial institution.
• Exposure to investment funds, alternative investments or collective investment structures.
• Understanding of NAV processes, service provider oversight and investor servicing activities would be advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent English is required.
