Frontify in St. Gallen is seeking a Manager, Customer Success to lead a team of Customer Success Managers responsible for retention and outcomes across enterprise customers.

You'll coach performance, manage risk, and drive a data-driven approach, partnering with sales, product, and enablement to scale customer success. The role is hybrid with occasional office days in St. Gallen, and requires fluency in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• 3–4 years of people management experience in Customer Success or related post-sale SaaS.
• Based in the St. Gallen area (or willing to relocate) and able to go to the office ~2 days/week.
• Strong track record in performance management, coaching, and accountability.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, setting a high bar for operating discipline.
• Drive retention, onboarding, and long-term renewals across enterprise customers.
• Handle escalations with structure and clear communication; guide risk mitigation.
• Use metrics and data to oversee forecasting, churn, expansions, and team capacity.
• Partner with enablement, sales, product, and other stakeholders to advocate for customer needs.
