Job summary

Scale Jet in Geneva seeks a Head of Account Operations to lead PPC, account management, customer success, and catalogue coordination for multiple brands on Amazon.

This is a senior leadership role with direct ownership of client retention, account health, team performance, and day-to-day operational delivery.

You will be the primary client-facing CSM and the single point of operational accountability across the account operations function.

• Proven ability to drive client retention and measure account performance.
