Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, Zug, Switzerland, is seeking a Manager, Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA) for mid-sized markets. You will lead market access strategies for the Surgery portfolio, develop value propositions, and partner with sales, marketing and clinical teams to secure reimbursement and timely access.

You will work closely with payers and healthcare professionals across Switzerland and Austria, shaping evidence generation and local adaptations of HEMA tools to support market access

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in health economics or related field.
• Solid HTA and health economics understanding.
• 3+ years in medical devices/healthcare/pharma industry or HTA payer setting.
• Ability to lead through influence in cross-functional teams.
• German language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market access strategies for new technologies and existing portfolios.
• Support the development of HEMA tools, translating complex messages into simple statements.
• Build and maintain relationships with payers, healthcare professionals, and governmental bodies.
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and sales to align market access activities with business objectives.
• Provide input into evidence generation strategy for new product development and health economic substantiation.
• Lead local adaptations of regionally developed HEMA tools for field Sales teams.
• Partner with sales/marketing to deliver health economic tools to customers, spending time in the field.
