Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in health economics, health policy, public health, economics, healthcare management, or related field.
• Solid understanding of HTA and health economics.
• Proven track record engaging with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
• 3+ years in the medical devices, healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, HTA or payer setting; Medtech experience in the relevant locations required.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems and payer processes.
• Ability to lead through influence in cross-functional matrix teams.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute market access strategies for new technologies and existing portfolios.
• Support development of HEMA tools translating complex messages into simple statements for the sales force.
• Build and maintain relationships with payers, healthcare professionals, and governmental bodies.
• Work closely with marketing, clinical, and sales teams to align market access activities with business objectives.
• Provide input into the evidence generation strategy for new product development and identify local opportunities for health economic evidence generation.
• Accountable for health economic input into value-based procurement and value-based agreements.
• Support adaptation and local approval of regionally developed HEMA tools for local articulation by sales.
• Partner with sales and marketing to deliver specialist health economic and reimbursement tools to customers; spend time in the field.
