Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Switzerland seeks a Market Access Senior Manager / Associate Director to lead worldwide access strategies for circulatory restorations. You will align with regional and country stakeholders to secure favorable reimbursement and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities include pricing analyses, HTA submissions, governance of value dossiers, and partnerships with legal, finance and commercial teams to accelerate international adoption.

Formación

• Minimum 8–10 years in market access / reimbursement / HEOR (medical devices, cardiovascular preferred).
• Experience leading multi-country reimbursement/HTA submissions with timelines and outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, matrixed teams and align stakeholders around access priorities.
• Experience supporting KOLs and senior leaders in payer and hospital engagements.
• Experience contributing to go-to-market or BD initiatives in international medical device markets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead international market access strategy across regions, assessing dynamics, policies, and opportunities.
• Partner with regional/country teams to shape pricing, contracting, and reimbursement models.
• Drive business development for market entry and expansion, translating access insights into expansion plans.
• Oversee HTA submissions, value dossiers, and HEOR/RWE activities across priority markets.
• Develop tools and governance to meet local market needs and monitor reimbursement trends.
