Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Market Access Senior Manager / Associate Director to lead international access strategies and ensure successful reimbursement across markets. You will collaborate with regional leadership to shape pricing, contracting, and evidence generation for cardiovascular technologies.

The role requires deep HEOR expertise, experience in multi-country submissions, and a track record of influencing senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in market access / reimbursement / HEOR (medical devices, cardiovascular experience preferred).
• Demonstrated experience leading reimbursement submissions across multiple countries with accountability for strategy, timelines and outcomes.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, matrixed teams and align diverse stakeholders on access priorities.
• Experience supporting KOLs and senior commercial leaders in payer, procurement and hospital administration engagements, incl. value narratives and negotiation support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of international market access strategies across Regions.
• Shape pricing, contracting and reimbursement models in collaboration with regional teams.
• Identify and size new market entry and growth opportunities and build actionable expansion plans.
• Support business development with local partners, due diligence, value propositions, and contracting input.
• Oversee submissions, HTA evaluations, value dossiers, and evidence reviews across priority markets.
