Johnson & Johnson AG in Switzerland seeks a Strategic Pricing Analyst to join the Surgery commercial team. You will anchor go-to-market pricing, collaborate with Account Management, Pricing, Sales, and Marketing to develop data-driven pricing models and new business approaches.

With a background in business/finance and strong P&L understanding, you will evaluate pricing proposals, manage price-volume guidance, and support product launches while aligning with the Credo and leadership imperatives.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Business Administration with several years of pricing experience.
• Strong understanding of profit and loss statements (P&L), margin analysis, cost structures, and price-demand relationships.
• Experience in contracting and deal structuring is a plus.
• Analytical and strategic thinker with solid business acumen.
• Project management capabilities to lead complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German, plus strong English skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI; ERP knowledge (S4/H) is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Support proposal development with the Commercial Lead and cross-functional teams, presenting opportunities and risks to management.
• Develop data-driven pricing strategies to maximize profitability and competitiveness.
• Coordinate with Marketing on launches, go-to-market models, and portfolio segmentations.
• Coordinate regular pricing analysis reports and deliver timely management reviews.
