Job summary

Properti, Zürich’s leading PropTech broker, seeks a Product Manager/ Builder for Buyer Engine. You will own growth levers, optimize the buyer funnel, build a robust buyer database, and ship AI-driven matching between buyers and properties. Fluency in German and English is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management, with a focus on growth, funnels or marketplaces.
• Experience in real-estate portals or marketplaces.
• Strong hands-on mentality with a clear builder mindset.
• Proven track record of moving traffic and conversion with product, not just marketing spend.
• Experience building with AI: prototyping, prompts, tooling.

Responsibilities

• Demand creation and traffic: grow qualified buyer traffic, own the product flow, and Reactivate matching buyers.
• Buyer funnel and conversion: own the funnel end-to-end, identify drop-offs, run experiments.
• Buyer database, qualification and matching: build a strategic buyer database and AI-based matching.
• Opportunity leads: convert buyers into seller leads, design buyer-seller moments and offers.
• Build, ship, measure: prototype quickly with AI, ship to production, measure impact.
