properti is Switzerland's AI-native platform brokerage. More than 12'000 closed transactions give us proprietary data on pricing, buyer behaviour and seller conversion that no software vendor has. Every property we sell needs the right buyer, fast. And many buyers are also owners who will sell next. As Product Manager for the Buyer Engine you own the buyer side of properti: how buyers find us, how we build our buyer database, how we qualify and match buyers, how fast they get to a viewing and an offer, and how we turn buyers who own a property into our next sellers. You build it, you ship it and you prove it works in the numbers.
Why this role exists
Our brokers win mandates because they sell well. Selling well starts with demand: more qualified buyers per listing, faster viewings and better matches. Today our buyer journey is still largely manual. We want to turn it into an engine that creates demand, qualifies buyers automatically and hands our brokers the buyers most likely to buy, at the right moment.
Demand creation and traffic
- You grow qualified buyer traffic to properti through product levers: listing pages, search experience, saved searches and alerts, SEO and content that ranks.
- You work with Growth on campaigns and channels, and you own the product side: what happens once a buyer lands with us.
- You build demand for listings that need it: re‑activation of matching buyers, targeted alerts and new ways to bring a property back in front of the right people.
Buyer funnel and conversion
- You own the buyer funnel end to end: from first visit to request, qualification, viewing, offer and purchase.
- You find where buyers drop off and fix it, with experiments, not opinions.
- You make sure every buyer request gets a fast, relevant answer, and that our brokers spend their time on the buyers who will buy.
Buyer database, qualification and matching
- You build our buyer database into a strategic asset: every buyer we meet captured once, with clean profiles, search criteria, budget, financing status and activity, kept up to date.
- You grow the database systematically, from our own listings, saved searches, valuations, partners and every buyer interaction across all regions.
- You build how we qualify buyers: intent, budget, financing readiness and timing, from self‑declared to verified to certified with financing partners.
- You ship AI‑based matching between buyers and properties, including properties before they go public, so that every new listing starts with a list of the right buyers.
- You build buyer nurturing that keeps the right buyers engaged until the right property comes.
Opportunity leads: from buyer to seller
- You identify buyers who own a property and need to sell, and turn them into seller leads for our brokers.
- You design the moments and offers that make a buyer think of properti as their seller: valuation, financing, timing of buy and sell.
- You measure how many mandates come from the buyer side and grow that number.
Build, ship, measure
- You prototype yourself with AI tools, test with real buyers and brokers within days and ship to production.
- You work closely with engineering and data to ship fast, measure impact and stop what does not work.
- You make the buyer funnel measurable: clear definitions, reliable data and one view of the numbers
