properti is Switzerland's AI-native platform brokerage seeking a Product Manager for the Buyer Engine to own the buyer side of properti: how buyers find us, how we build our buyer database, how we qualify and match buyers, and how fast they reach a viewing and an offer.

You will ship features end-to-end, run experiments, and prove impact with data. Must-have: 6+ years in product management, real estate marketplace experience, and fluent German and English (French a plus).

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years in product management, growth, funnels or marketplaces.
• Experience in real estate portals, marketplaces.
• Strong builder mentality and data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to move traffic and conversions with product.
• Experience prototyping with AI, prompts, and tooling.
• Fluent German and English; French is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Grow qualified buyer traffic to properti through product levers: listing pages, search experience, saved searches and alerts, SEO and content that ranks.
• Own the buyer funnel end-to-end: from first visit to request, qualification, viewing, offer and purchase.
• Build our buyer database into a strategic asset with clean profiles and up-to-date data.
• Ship AI-based matching between buyers and properties, including pre-public listings.
• Identify buyers who own properties and convert them into seller leads for brokers.
