Qualifications

• Genuine talent for conversation and quick rapport-building.
• Strong written and spoken communication in German, Italian and French; English a plus.
• Resilience and self-motivation in a high-volume, target-driven environment.
• Comfort using CRM systems and digital tools.
• Curiosity about real estate, data, and how top sales teams operate.
• First experience in sales or client-facing roles welcomed; coaching provided.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and early-stage leads from marketing channels and tools.
• Conduct well-prepared initial outreach to understand client needs and intent.
• Qualify opportunities and set up the next relationship stage.
• Communicate consistently across phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Capture and maintain accurate lead information in the CRM.
• Hand over qualified opportunities to senior colleagues with context and insights.
• Use internal toolkit, including AI-driven tech, to sharpen outreach quality and efficiency.
• Raise the bar through feedback, coaching, and iteration.
