Job summary

properti leads the PropTech space in Switzerland and seeks a VP AI & Product to steer our AI and product strategy. Based in Zürich, you will own the roadmap, collaborate with the CTO, and drive brokers' daily workflows with AI-powered tools.

You will champion product-led growth, build a small AI-enabled team, and report to the CEO. English fluency is required; German is a strong plus as you engage across functions and investors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, including leading product teams and hiring/coaching.
• Shipped LLM-based products or agents into production with lessons learned.
• Prototyping with AI tools, writing prompts and evals.
• Track record shipping user-facing products that move business metrics.
• Experience building CRM or CRM-like workflows for sales teams.
• Able to drive adoption in non-technical teams; clear communication with stakeholders.
• Fluent English; German is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own product and AI strategy, translate into a prioritized roadmap.
• Decide what to build, buy or partner on, in alignment with leadership goals.
• Lead AI-enabled features from idea to scale for brokers and clients.
• Collaborate with CTO and engineers to ship quickly and measure impact.
• Set production AI evaluation standards and data quality for outcomes.
• Define the platform vision and data governance across the funnel.
• Shape adoption metrics and cross‑functional impact across teams.
