Zusammenfassung

Ibis Zürich Messe Airport is seeking a Groups & FIT Reservations & Commercial Supervisor to join our Zurich team. In a 50-60% role, you will guide Groups and FIT reservations while closely coordinating with partners and internal teams to optimize revenue.

You will work alongside our coordinator, developing commercial strategies, negotiating with tour operators, and ensuring timely communication. The position includes some holiday coverage and a focus on strategic growth.

Qualifikationen

• Solid experience in hotel reservations, Groups & FIT and/or Front Office.
• Tour Operator Business experience is a plus.
• Strong commercial mindset with negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Aufgaben

• Manage and follow up on Groups & FIT requests, including complex and high-value business.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Tour Operators and key partners.
• Identify new partnerships and opportunities for business growth.
• Manage commercial reviews and contract renewals with revenue and hotel management.
• Prepare group revenue forecasts and contribute to budgeting.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Revenue, Sales, and operations.
