Zusammenfassung

The ibis Zurich Messe Airport is seeking a Groups / FIT Reservations & Commercial Supervisor to join our Zurich team. You will manage Groups and FIT requests, maintain partner relationships, and contribute to commercial strategy.

In this 50-60% role, you will collaborate with Front Office, Revenue, Sales and hotel operations, while exploring new business opportunities. A home-office day per week is possible and you’ll work in an international hotel environment.

Qualifikationen

• Solid experience in hotel reservations, Groups & FIT and/or Front Office.
• Front Office supervisory or management experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to identify opportunities and negotiate.

Aufgaben

• Manage and follow up on Groups & FIT requests, focusing on complex and important business.
• Maintain and develop relationships with Tour Operators and key partners with timely communication.
• Identify and develop new partnership and business opportunities.
