Your main tasks & responsibilities

• Planning of details of events and room reservation for up to 1.500 people, including consultations and detail arrangements, as well as up- and cross-selling.
• Creation and maintenance of customer relations, as well as supporting customers on site.
• Carrying out site inspections.
• Handover of events to the operational departments.
• Creation of deposit invoices, control of final invoices, and completion of general correspondence.
• Use of the various hotel systems, including Envision, Opera and Reserve.
