25hours Hotel Zurich West is seeking an Assistant Groups & Event Manager to join our vibrant team in Zürich. You will support event guests from early planning through to post-stay follow-up, coordinating with internal departments to ensure flawless execution.

Fluency in German and English is required, along with a passion for hospitality, teamwork, and a proactive approach to sales and guest service. This role offers a dynamic, four-day work week structure with competitive pay.

• Open and communicative, not afraid to assert yourself.
• Enjoy working with people and inspiring them.
• Enthusiastic about good food and drinks and discovering new concepts.

Aufgaben

• You take care of our event guests - hand in hand with your team from early till late.
• Coordinate events with internal departments and ensure information is shared.
• Translate menus and event/sales documents (D/E).
• Manage all group enquiries from 8 rooms upwards.
