25hours Hotel Zürich West is seeking an Assistant Groups & Event Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Zürich. You will manage event guests from early to late, coordinate across departments, translate menus and documents, and handle all group enquiries for 8 rooms and above.

The role includes preparing offers, contracts, invoices, and sales analyses, while maintaining customer relationships and supporting sales activities. Fluency in German and English is required.

• Professional experience in a similar role and a passionate host.
• Open and communicative person who asserts themselves.
• Enjoy working with people and inspiring them.
• Enthusiastic about good food and drinks and like discovering new concepts.
• Speak fluent German and English.

Aufgaben

• Take care of event guests and coordinate with internal departments.
• Translate menus and event/sales documents (D/E).
• Handle all group enquiries from 8 rooms upwards.
• Prepare offers, contracts and invoices.
• Create forecasts, reports and sales analyses.
• Participate in internal meetings and support sales activities.
• Enter bookings into the system and prepare check-ins and stay details.
• Organise house tours for event & corporate clients.
