25hours Hotels in Zürich is seeking an event-focused hospitality professional to ensure flawless event days across two locations. From guest welcome to post-event follow-up, you’ll work with a diverse team to deliver memorable experiences.

You will manage group requests (8+ rooms), prepare offers and invoices, and handle on-site check-ins while coordinating with all departments. We offer a four-day work week and extensive staff perks.

Qualifikationen

• Professional experience in hospitality or events.
• Open and communicative, with assertiveness when needed.
• Enjoy working with people and inspiring them.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Interest in food, drinks and new concepts.

Aufgaben

• You take care of our event guests – hand in hand with your team, from morning until night.
• Coordinate events with internal departments and ensure everyone has the information they need.
• Responsible for all group requests starting from 8 rooms.
• Prepare offers, contracts, and invoices.
• Enter bookings into the system, create rooming lists, and arrange check-in and stay.
• Meet with customers on site and complement this with telephone communication.
• Propose in the company’s best interests to maximize capacity utilization.
• Stay calm when the house is full and phones are ringing.
