Job summary

25hours Hotel Zürich West, part of Ennismore, seeks a front office receptionist for a dynamic hospitality team in Zürich. You will greet guests, manage check-ins, and contribute to an energetic guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in German and English is required; additional languages are a plus. The role offers a 4-day work week with three days off and opportunities to enjoy the unique perks of being part of Ennismore.

The 25hours Hotel Zürich West is the first 25hours Hotel in Switzerland and was designed by the renowned designer Alfredo Häberli. It offers 123 rooms, exciting conference facilities and plenty of space for stories and adventures.

From "Grüezi" to "Adieu" : together with the reception team, you’ll ensure our guests are happy from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave.

How does your working day look like...

• At the reception, you’ll make sure that guests aren’t just contented, but enthusiastic
• You’ll always keep your cool – even when all the guests turn up to check in at the same time
• You’ll make sure things run smoothly when guests arrive at the hotel reception
• You’ll get everything ready for the shift, and round it off with the Front Office fully cleaned up

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV...

• You've completed hospitality training, gained some professionalexperience at the front office, and speak fluent German and English. Additional languages are advantageous.
• You can inspire your fellow staff just as you can inspire your guests. On top of this, you know your way around town and always have tips for partying up your sleeve
• You’re a doer – and even if you do it wrong sometimes, you openly admit it
• You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
