Job summary

SECUTIX is expanding its Customer Success team in Switzerland to support customers and drive platform adoption. The role focuses on assisting Customer Success Managers and delivering guidance to customers to maximise value from the SECUTIX platform.

You will work with the Customer Success, Product, Professional Services, Sales and Services teams to identify improvements and opportunities, ensuring customer needs are met and ROI is increased.

Qualifications

• Proven 0–3 years’ work experience demonstrating your ability to support customers in an IT service company.
• Hands on experience with SaaS ticketing and/or a CRM/Marketing Cloud solutions.
• History of success as a consultant, technical account management, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Customer Success Managers to help customers fully leverage the SECUTIX platform.
• Offer guidance to identified SECUTIX customers to increase the value they get from the platform.
• Build and manage strong relationships with customers and internal Customer Success teams across geographies.
• Share success stories externally to help build the SECUTIX brand awareness with support from marketing and communications teams.
