EF Education First is seeking exceptional recent graduates and postgraduates to join its 18-month Global Trainee program. The highly selective rotation fast-tracks your career through real responsibility, international hubs, and exposure to EF’s senior leaders.

As a 360 Global Trainee you will work with a mentor, rotate through core business functions including sales and customer experience, and participate in summits designed for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent in English; other languages preferred.
• Interest in AI and its business applications.

Responsibilities

• Own impactful projects from day one.
• Start in European hubs (Zurich or London) and rotate through 1–2 other offices.
• Gain front-line experience across EF’s core business functions.
• Participate in Global Trainee Summits for professional growth and networking.
• Build deep insight into EF’s products, people, culture, and mission.
