Qualifications

• Interest in B2B relationship management and international negotiations.
• Comfortable turning data into actionable insights with BI tools and Excel.
• Proactive communicator with ability to build relationships across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial account management: prepare data, materials, communications, and assist with negotiation activities.
• Help resolve operational queries raised by EF Travel colleagues or airline partners.
• Maintain airline information and SharePoint content; contribute to weekly newsletters.
• Lead defined projects within airline account management with team support.
