Your time as a 360 trainee will fast-track your career through real responsibility, international rotations, and direct exposure to EF’s senior leaders— but be warned, this program is not for everyone. As a 360 Global Trainee, you will work closely with a senior EF leader who will mentor, challenge, and support you throughout your journey. Your tasks will be varied and unique—no assignment is too big or too small for a 360. We are seeking highly curious and forward-thinking candidates, with a strong interest in artificial intelligence and its application in business—though technical coding skills are not required. We value individuals who have the passion and capability to explore and think strategically about how AI can be leveraged to drive business innovation, amplify human potential and ensure a strong customer experience.

What you’ll do

• Build deep insight into the world’s largest privately‑held international education company—its products, people, culture, and global mission.

Who you are

• Master’s degree, or Bachelor’s with 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent in English (fluency in another language strongly preferred).
• International work and/or study experience.
• Right to work in EU/CH and/or UK (if you have the right to work in the US, please apply to the North American role).
