Job summary

EF Education First in Zürich invites a proactive Trainee to join EF Travel's Airline Account Management team. You will support three Account Managers, prepare data analyses, assist with negotiations, and help resolve operational queries in a truly international environment.

This 11-month role offers hands-on exposure to B2B relationships, project ownership, and opportunities to work with airline partners around the world.

Qualifications

• Interest in B2B relationship management and high-stakes international negotiations.
• Clear communication, proactive approach, and ability to build relationships across cultures.
• Enjoy working with data and turning it into insights; comfortable with BI tools and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial account management: prepare data analysis and meeting materials, support partner communications, assist with negotiation and contracting activities.
• Help resolve operational queries: investigate and resolve complex questions raised by EF Travel colleagues or airline partners.
• Maintain airline information and communications: keep airline information up to date, maintain SharePoint documentation, contribute content to the weekly airline newsletter.
• Take ownership of projects: lead defined projects relevant to airline account management, with appropriate support from the team.
