Job summary

EF Education First is seeking a proactive and curious Trainee to join EF Travel's Airline Account Management team. The 11-month traineeship begins in November 2026, offering hands-on commercial exposure in an international setting as you support three AAMs handling around 60 airline accounts.

You will analyze data, prepare materials for negotiations, resolve operational queries, and keep airline information up to date on SharePoint, contributing to the weekly airline newsletter.

Qualifications

• Interest in B2B relationship management and international negotiations.
• Clear communication and relationship-building skills.
• Enjoy working with data and turning it into insights.
• Comfortable with BI tools and Excel.
• Curious about aviation, travel, and tourism.
• Legally eligible to work in Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Prepare data analysis and meeting materials to support commercial account management.
• Assist with negotiation and contracting activities.
• Investigate and resolve operational queries raised by EF Travel colleagues or airline partners.
• Maintain airline information and SharePoint documentation; contribute content to the weekly airline newsletter.
• Lead defined projects relevant to airline account management, with team support.
